3-Day Ha Giang Motorbike Adventure

🚀 Day 1: Ha Giang City – Du Gia Village – Meo Vac (140km)

Hop on our motorbikes and kick off the journey towards Bac Me district, where you’ll ride through lush jungles and mesmerizing rice fields. Then, head to Du Gia village, a serene and picturesque settlement of the Tay ethnic group. This hidden gem preserves its authentic cultural essence, with traditional stilt houses, ethnic costumes, and a unique language—untouched by mass tourism.

After lunch, continue riding into the heart of the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, a UNESCO-listed site filled with breathtaking limestone formations. Along the way, visit villages of the White H’mong people, experiencing their rich traditions and way of life.

By 5:30 PM, arrive in Meo Vac town, where you’ll rest and prepare for the next leg of the journey.


🏔️ Day 2: Meo Vac – Dong Van – Yen Minh – Quan Ba (125km)

After a local breakfast in Meo Vac, set off towards Dong Van via the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass—one of Vietnam’s most spectacular mountain roads. This breathtaking route offers jaw-dropping views of the deepest valley in Southeast Asia, surrounded by rugged cliffs and winding roads.

On the way to Quan Ba, explore the Dong Van Old Quarter, visit more White H’mong villages, and stop by the Vuong Family Palace (H’mong King’s Palace)—a historical landmark showcasing the grandeur of H’mong royalty. As you approach Quan Ba, take in the peaceful charm of Tam Son town, home to the famous Fairy Twin Mountains, framed by stunning mountain scenery.

By 6:00 PM, arrive in Nam Dam village, a traditional village of the Dao ethnic group. Here, you’ll savor a hearty local dinner, engage in warm conversations with the host family, and enjoy a taste of corn liquor, a local specialty that promises a memorable evening.


🌄 Day 3: Nam Dam Village – Quan Ba – Ha Giang City (60–90km)

Start the morning with a one-hour trek around Nam Dam, soaking in the tranquil beauty and rich traditions of the Dao people. Then, hop back on your motorbike for the final stretch of the journey.

Ride through the charming town of Tam Son, stopping at the Fairy Twin Mountains, before venturing into Lung Khuy Cave—one of the most magnificent caves in Ha Giang. Along the way, cross the Pac Sum Pass, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

After a scenic lunch stop, make your way back to Ha Giang City, with time to stroll through a few hidden villages before concluding this incredible adventure.
